The Role:

This position is for someone who has basic to advanced HVAC and mechanical skills.

Job specifications are as follows

Basic to advanced knowledge and the ability to repair, maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems as well as:

• HVAC Units and Systems
• Boilers
• Electrical
• Drywall
• Domestic water plumbing
• Sewage plumbing
• Gas plumbing
• Painting
• Plastering
• Drywall
• Windows
• Doors

Necessary certifications:

• FDNY S-12 (Citywide Sprinkler) Must be obtained within a timely manner
• FDNY S-13 (Citywide Standpipe) Must be obtained within a timely manner
• EPA Type III Refrigerant Handler Certificate

This position will also require the capability to perform front of house contractor/tenant liaison meetings and/or discussions regarding the above outlined topics to best serve the tenants of a commercial building.
