The Role: Residential Porter

Most/all of the following cleaning service tasks are to be completed daily depending on your role.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, hallways, elevators, common areas, and restrooms (mop, sweep, dust, vacuum and garbage removal. 
• Know the proper use of a compactor.
• 1-2 years prior janitor, cleaner, or porter experience. 
• Must be reliable.
• Must be a team player and be able to work with little supervision. 
• Excellent time management skills and work ethic needed. 
• Must be able to have a flexible schedule.
